Lacey has worked in a variety of positions since first joining the Speir team beginning as a part time summer helper in 1999. Lacey has 15 years’ experience in the Human Resource field and is currently managing all HR functions and provides strategic business advice to the upper leadership team.

She is PHR, SHRM-CP certified and has a Bachelor’s in Degree in Business and Information Technology.
