Speir and Associates provides electrical systems that will fulfil your needs. We can be there if you are planning new construction or renovating an existing facility and we will recommend the best electrical equipment and systems to suit your facility, budget, and schedule.

At Speir, we can design, install, and maintain:
  • Electrical Systems: Any type of power distribution systems
  • Lighting Design and Ongoing Maintenance: State-of-the-art lighting control systems, including dimming and programmable functions, and energy conservation systems
  • Fire Alarm and/or Security Systems: Fire alarm system design, security system design, installation, and service, including CCTV and card access systems
  • Emergency Power Systems: UPS (uninterrupted power systems), PDU (power distribution units), automatic transfer switches, and emergency/standby power generators so when the power goes out, you can remain in business.
